Commission Guide

General

1. Commission opening frequency and slot number is dictated by how many spoons I happen to have/have made room for. Please be patient!
2. My Trello is always available, please check it for your commission progress. If you wish your name to be excluded, please note it in your official commission request.
3. Payment is accepted in full before work begins via Paypal for art commissions. Due to their nature as a per word charge, writing commissions are paid after completion. If this is abused, the commissioner will be blacklisted.
4. Price may be adjusted due to additional work or details.
5. Please provide references, including pose preferences. Additional materials like playlists, Pinterest boards, etc., are welcomed and encouraged!
6. I take art and writing commissions, but crochet commissions are on a per-project basis.

The Form

Please submit an email to [email protected] with the following:
1. References either as separate attachments or a verified link to Dropbox or Google Drive.
2. Any additional materials.
3. The specific request for the type of commission.The more details you provide, the better service I can provide for you!

The Process

1. After the commission details are finalized and payment processed, I will submit a rough sketch for art commissions or a rough skeleton for a writing commission. This is subject to your approval. You can (and I'd recommend that you should!) request WIPs of the commission throughout the process.
2. Any changes you request during the process are free, any changes you request after receiving the finished product will not be free and will have additional charges assessed. Please be thorough and direct with changes you request so I can give you what you envision!
3. If you cancel your commission, you will receive a complete refund if work has not begun. If work has begun, possible refunds will be assessed depending on the stage of the work.
4. When the work is complete, I will send you the files! For writing commissions, these will default to .pdf unless otherwise specified, and art commissions will default to .png unless otherwise specified.

Other Information

1. I will draw just about anything, including fanart, OCs, even your FFXIV Warrior of Light! I am still learning more about drawing non-humanoids, and these are subject to a per-project approval. Backgrounds are subject to negotiation and therefore you will not find them included in the below pricing.
2. I will also write just about anything except your homework, including: fanfiction, DnD materials, worldbuilding materials, etc.
3. I do handle NSFW for both, but this is subject to my own approval. If I am uncomfortable with a subject, I will let you know, and we'll see if we can work from there or not.
4. Crochet projects are on a per-request basis, and entirely depend on the gauge, type of yarn, and pattern.
5. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I dislike the theme, topic, character(s), or overall aesthetic.
6. The time taken for each work is individual, but I will try my best to update you on the progress.
7. The customer reserves the right to upload the work with credit and use it for their own purposes.
8. I reserve the right to upload the work to my sites for portfolio purposes.
9. I reserve the right to use unapproved sketches for other work.
